• Certified Copies of DD214's (photocopy of ID must be included in your request)
• Assumed Name Registrations/DBA's (make sure form is notarized)

  • Include $10 search fee for each name and a return envelope. Criminal record searches must have either a signed release form or a photocopy of the individual's driver's license.
• Court Document Filings
  • Also accepted by fax for documents that do not require a fee and under 20 pages. If under 50 pages, please email document to: circuitcourtrecordsfiling@saginawcounty.com
